UnifyMessenger is our software to monitor and manage your remote stores in Real-Time!  Sales are updated as they occur, file maintenance is sent out to the stores as soon as it's done.  The SonicMQ Java Messenging Service (JMS) guarantees delivery of the messages between UnifyHOST and UnifyPOS, if the connection goes down, the UnifyMessenger infrastructure in conjunction with the SonicMQ queues communications on both sides and once the connection is available again those messages are immediately processed.

UnifyMessenger utilizes the Progress SonicMQ Java Messenging Service (JMS). UnifyMessenger can be used by multiple unit operations with two locations and is scalable up to operations with thousands of locations. It can be configured to handle single seat support departments or handle many seats in a sophisticated WAN environment, which many larger operations require in today's competitive environment. All of this type of support can be implemented at very reasonable investment levels.
